This market leading managed services organisation wanted to improve te way it brought new propositions to market. With limited resources they need to prioritise and accelerate development. But how?
We reviewed the current approach to proposition development and selected examples of good practice, supplementing the best bits with our insight to develop an end to end process for proposition development. This was taken for approval with the senior team before roll out.
The process was fully documented and with some skills training it was systematically deploy across the organisation. We led user workshops and provided one to one coaching for teams working on new ideas.
