Performance Management Training for Global Software company
“Outside In were able to work as part of our team, using their expertise to build a well structured and engaging set of workshop sessions.”
Our experience helped to develop the specific coaching materials required for excellent delivery of the programme.
Feedback from attendees was excellent.
We developed and then helped to deliver a bespoke training programme to improve coaching capability for new managers.
We worked as part of the partner team to liaise with the end client and capture requirements, shape ideas and gain approval for the training material. After understanding the overall training requirements from the ‘training needs analysis’ completed on first line managers in relation to performance coaching.
We developed a training course that combined relevant theoretical models and supported with practical experience and activities to embed the learning. We used role play to support a structured learning approach.
We documented the training workshop material and delivered the pilot programs alongside the lead partner. After the pilot we updated the materials and helped to deliver the initial 12 month deployment across European offices.
A globally recognised software company wanted to accelerate the time it took for new managers to coach and manage their teams effectively.
New managers transitioning from individual contributor roles needed to have some guidance, help and support to know what to do. How to handle good performers and poor performers and how to develop their teams most effectively.
