Our History

We are a specialist UK B2B sales consultancy established in 2008 out of frustration with too many “silver bullet” product and service companies selling the next big thing.

We appreciate that sales performance challenges are more complex than a single fix will provide. You need to blend improvements to your offer, your people and processes. 

We work “outside-in”, focused on your needs and investing the time to understand where improvement potential lies. We then field the right multi-disciplinary team for your project.

Since our inception, Outside In have worked with our clients to develop a suite of B2B sales applications to support and embed our consultancy work. These applications are Salesforce native and help with opportunity management, account and pre-call planning. Our standalone SalesCoach application is due in 2021.

In addition to our own solutions, we are proud to partner with leading companies to help provide the very best solutions to our customers. We are a Salesforce ISV partner, a certified partner of Objective Management Group and we have technology solutions from other companies too.
