Simply adding a task for a new customer meeting, and then completing the additional planning actions to focus the discussion.

The fields are part of the task they can be viewed and used in Salesforce 1 easily when wating for a meeting to help plan.

This is an unmanaged package so you will be able to edit the fields when installed if you need to change them a little.

v1.1 – new release of the pre-call plan fields has a further field. A picklist field to capture the “Primary meeting purpose”. This helps sales people to think about the reason for the meeting – to gather information, identify risk etc.
